Windows 10: UNABLE TO FOLLOW LINK

I am trying to shop on the Macy's site. They have many drill down links and all return this error:
Access Denied You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server.
Reference: 18.3d15e8ac.1577414981.83c8bb6en



I am working on a secured WiFi network at my office. I am allowed on Amazon, Walgreen's and Target without any problems. Where do you think this error lies?

All Gmail links fail

Thanks to Caledon Ken...your suggestion had no effect.

Thanks to bro67...Interestingly enough the Gmail link to this forum reply actually worked, as did your link to "How to Fix....." I tried steps 1 and 2 without success. Step 3 gave me the following screen, which didn't look like the article described. At any rate, the probem is unchanged...screenshot follows.

 

Programs not working


In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Site links not working in Chrome or Edge

Have you tried resetting your browser? If not, we suggest you to do so. To reset Edge, follow these steps:

  Close the browser and launch it again.
  

If the issue persist, follow these other steps:

• 
  Go to
  Task Manager.

  Click on

  End the task.
