    I am trying to free up disk space on my laptop . in my storage settings the Mail is taking up most of my disk space. I dont use my mail box on my Laptop. I have a gmail acct on my phone . When I try Manage mail my inbox is empty .. How can I find it to clear the mail?

    • How exactly are you trying to access your Gmail account? Is it through Mail client or from browser?
    • What exactly happens, when you try to access the mails?
    • Did you receive any error message?
    • Did you install any third party security application?
    • Are you able to access the internet at the time when you are unable to access the emails?

    If you are using Mail app, as an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run the app troubleshooter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    Windows 10 Mail & Calendar Apps Unable to open

    Thank you for the information.

    If that's the case, we suggest resetting Mail & Calendar app by following the steps below:

    • On the search bar, type Settings and press Enter.
    • Select Apps.
    • Locate and click Mail and Calendar, select Reset.

    After resetting the apps, we recommend resetting cache of Windows Store:

    • Press Windows key + R.
    • Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Let us know if you're able to access Mail & Calendar apps.
