    Unable to get Microsoft Office Outlook to "start" properly.


    Dear Friends,

    I am running Microsoft Office 2016 on an OS of Windows 10 Version 1903 (OS build 18362.10024), my problem is as follows. I start Outlook and the program seems to load it's add-ons. All that happens is the frame around Outlook is displayed no ribbon except the boxes. The email headers are displayed, but can not be opened.
    I have tried a System Restore - no difference, I have tried a reinstall of the Office 2016 - no difference. I would be most grateful if someone here could help me.

    ie, outlook, wmplayer and office crash when using atitool

    When i use atitool to automatically start at startup and use an oc when a 3d-app is detected then it totally breaks most microsoft stuff here *Stick Out Tongue Unable to get Microsoft Office Outlook to "start" properly. :p. ie, outlook, wmplayer and anything from office won't start and crash. That's quite a bug so you might want to look into it *Wink Unable to get Microsoft Office Outlook to "start" properly. ;).
    I got windows xp prof, office xp, wmplayer 10, ie 6, outlook 6.
