Windows 10: unable to get TECKNET HYPERTRAK mouse software to work

I just got a new laptop and I just installed the software on my old Alienware and it worked fine on that rig so it should work the same on this Omen but I plug in the mouse to it and it works fine but the software screen that is required to change keybinds is nowhere to be found. I've tried downloading their driver from the website and it will download but when I go to open it, it opens with word and it's just a bunch of script. What program is this supposed to be opened with because I have also tried opening it with enternet explorer and it does nothing. thanks.

Error: "The Tecknet mouse is not being discovered and therefore cannot be paired" on Windows 10

AFTER upgrading to Windows 10 on my tablet PC, Tecknet mouse BM306 has stopped working. When the PC is turned on, the Tecknet mouse is not being discovered and therefore cannot be paired.

Tecknet wireless mouse and new windows 10 update

Have a Tecknet mouse that was working before the last update but now drivers will not install. I assume they use drivers already installed in Windows. Any ideas? Help

The Tecknet cordless optical mouse user manual should have that information. If you don't have it, you need to ask Tecknet support or check on their website.
