Windows 10: Unable to increment the time that before Windows locks

This is something that has just started occurring. I did not make any alterations to the system to cause this. Now I cannot work out what I need to change to fix the problem, so I am hoping that someone knows the answer.The computer locks after 1 minute and requires me to enter my pin to commence work again and I am not able to change this. A couple of screen shots of the set up included. Power settings screen shot for information. The second screen shot refers to Power setting preventing some options, but I don't know which particular settings. I am hoping someone knows what needs to be done

  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

  Are you facing issues while trying to change the lock screen Wallpaper?

  Are you not able to choose the directory where the wallpapers has been saved?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.
  
• 
  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

  Close the Personalization window.
