Windows 10: Unable to install any feature updates on my pc and haven't been able to for over a year. Help?

I've been stuck on Windows 10 Version 1903 OS Build 18362.10024 for a very long time. This is my attempted update history:The Windows Insider Pre-release Feature Update to Windows 10 version 1909 was, in fact, not succesfully installed as i got this error code: 0xc1900131I've tried running the update troubleshooter, I've tried downloading a non-insider version of windows from microsoft.com, I've tried so many solutions I cannot even list them here. I'm finally at a loss for what to do. This hasn't inconvenienced me until now.If i missed out on some important information please let me know an

Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.

Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.

 

Windows update failed and unable to boot

To assist you better help us with the information below.

• Have you made any recent software/hardware changes to the computer?
• Do you get any error message or code when trying to boot into the computer?

When installing updates it puts message “Do not shut down your machine”, if you unplug the AC adapter or turn off the computer Chances are:

• Windows resuming the installation process next time you shutdown.
• A non-vital program file becomes corrupted and causes some feature of the OS to become unusable and crash.

As an initial step I would suggest you to unplug all external devices if connected and then try to boot the computer by plugging in the AC adapter and check if you are able to boot the computer.

If the computer boots make sure all the updates are installed and then you can login to user Interface.

If you still not able to unable to get the in Windows Bootable environment I Would suggest you contact your manufacturer.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
