Windows 10: unable to install any software in windows 10

Discus and support unable to install any software in windows 10 in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; While i am trying to install any software it is asking admin user name and pwd but not seeing only 'No' option in user account control dialog window....     unable to install any software in windows 10


    While i am trying to install any software it is asking admin user name and pwd but not seeing only 'No' option in user account control dialog window.

    Even i tried to turn off User Account Control in Change User Account Control settings but getting same error as show below , it is not allowing to enter admin password.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
    Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.
