Windows 10: Unable to install Genshin Impact

I've been trying to install Genshin Impact but it tells me to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64"i dont actually trust . But when i click cancel it doesn't let me get in and it says error. What should I do!

Unable to Run Genshin Impact Game

So I've been trying to run a game called "Genshin Impact" on my Windows 10 pc. Whenever I try to run it , it always shows " MSVCP140.dll was not found". I also reinstalled the game a couple times and it would not work. I searched up a few things ,and it
seemed that I had to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable and the x84 Redistributable. I then installed the game and tried to run it but same problem is still happening. What should I do?

 

Unable to install any OS

Hi guys, I'm unable to install any OS. I tried ubuntu and got input/output error, tried installing window 7 error 0x80000010.

Downloaded iso's of both again and again still same result. Got a new SSD still the same, tried a different usb still the same.

I'm fed up, have been trying since the past 1 month still am unable to install.
I've listed my specs in my profile.

PS Have even tried/changed my ram.
Where the pug is the problem ?

I have been using live usb to work on computer for now but I need a permanent OS.

That is all that is shown in your minidump files, however, you indicate you have already stopped under-volting your laptop and have the most stable version of that driver installed, from those minidump files, the only thing I would suggest is to try a different
version of that driver, though it is very strange that your system is crashing on just that one game . . .
