    Unable to install Pre order flight simulator 2020


    The sim starts to download to my 1TB SSD which is formatted in NTFS but after a couple of seconds it shows Program Files & WindowsApps folders with nothing in them. My PC has the latest updates on it and all the store apps including the game bar are up to date.


    I have a high end PC purchased for me by my family for this Simulation, after years of a run of the mill for FSX.


    In the management notifications it has been showing waiting for both the digital ownership and the sim to begin install. this has ben going on for four hours, and even after restarting half a dozen times it still shows as waiting without anything happening.

    Earlier on it started to give two different error codes which I believe I've sorted 0x80073cf9 &0x80070015 because they have stopped for now, but I now get Code Error: 0x80073D12


    I would appreciate any help after all I didn't expect download issues from the likes of Microsoft, and £119 is a lot of money for a pensioner like myself.

    Hi If I have pre-ordered Microsoft Flight Simulator from Microsoft can this be changed to the physical copy. I live in Europe so how do I change the order from download to a physical copy. Thank you
