Windows 10: Unable to install Update 22H2 for Windows 11 Home, Error oxC1900101-0x30018

Basic issue is, I was able to install the preview of 22h2 when it was first available but rolled back after a day due to bugs. Since then, no update method to get 22H2 has been successful. I've used windows update, WMT and even the ISO to install the update. Fails at the second reboot and rolls back the update with a bsod error.Error on rollback is Error oxC1900101-0x30018 The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation. Unable to install Windows 11 version 22H2, error : 0x80070002 - 0x20007

Uninstall the Realtek driver from the driver store. You can reinstall it after updating to 22H2. See How to Completely Uninstall a Driver in Windows 11/10

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.
