Windows 10: Unable to install Windows 10. A media driver is missing.

I consider myself a power user, but I've never not been able to install an operating system onto a hard drive before.

I have a Windows 10 x64 USB(build 1903) ready, it's detected by BIOS, so is my HDD(Seagate ST1000DM003), but for the love of god it can't find the HDD, or something else is going on. I get the dreaded A media driver is missing message.

The motherboard is old as is the CPU, ASrock 970 Extreme4, FX6350, GPU HD5850.

I tried downloading the ASRock all in one driver package, loading it onto the USB stick and trying to load the drivers from there, but the few drivers I can load, are not the missing ones.

But...I tried something else. I tried booting a Windows 7 x64 install CD, and I get the same message. Basically, I cannot install any Windows OS onto this computer.

If I know what driver is missing, that would be great. Windows installer offers a console via Shift+F10, but I am not sure whether I can get useful information off it .

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
