Windows 10: Unable to install Windows 10 Version 2004

Discus and support Unable to install Windows 10 Version 2004 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I'm trying to upgrade my version of Windows 10 to 2004 to enable wsl2.     I'm trying to upgrade my version of Windows 10 to 2004 to enable wsl2. Here is the message that I see:


    This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10.

    Your PC settings aren't supported yet on this version of Windows 10. Microsoft is working to support your settings soon. No action is needed. Windows Update will offer this version of Windows 10 automatically when these settings are supported.


    Right now my current version 1903, and here are the steps that I've taken to try to get an update:

    1. I've gone into Settings -> Update & Security -> Window's update and hit Check for Updates. This just said that I was up to date.

    2. I've tried using the windows update found here

    3. I've tried joining windows insider to see if that made a difference


    All of these methods have failed.


    Is there a better way to force this install? I'd be willing to change whatever settings that aren't support yet by version 2004.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
