Windows 10: Unable to install Windows update KB5014699, Error: 0x8007000d

Having issue installing windows updateUnable to install Windows update KB5014699, Error: 0x8007000dTroubleshooting steps done:- Tried to install update manually still the same - Run disk cleanup --> Then run the update again --> Still the same - Run following command in order to reset Windows update component:SC config wuauserv start=disabled SC config bits start=disabled net stop wuauserv net stop BITS cleanmgr.exe /lowdisk /d c rd C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution /s /q rd C:\Windows.old /s /q @Echo @Echo *****This will take a while, please be patient.***** @Echo defrag.exe /c /o /h /u n

Windows 10 Update Error 0x8007000d when installing KB5007186

Had a problem since this update was released. Tried to install many times.

2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5007186)
FAILED: 0x8007000d








Steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:

Windows 10 Update Troubleshooter: Did not find any issues;

sfc/scannow: Windows Resource Protection: Found issues with first time I ran it. I rebooted and ran it again, did not find any integrity violations.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth: The restore operation completed successfully.

Re-installation using standalone Windows Installer MSU file (downloaded from Windows Update Catalogue): Installation failed.

deleted all files from C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download: It did not help.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
