Windows 10: Unable to log in an laptop after installing Office 2019

So I managed to download an official ISO of Microsoft Office 2019 from MSDN and installed it as an upgrade over Office 2013 , the setup hinted it completed successfully yet crashed . Surprisingly I had both office versions present now as I expected Office 2013 would be removed . So I decided to set it up again but to same result . So I decided to restart the laptop hoping this is a glitch that may go .

So at first the loading dots circle kept freezing at boot with no symptoms of life that I had to hard reset 3 times , then Windows repair kicked in and I tried repair startup then rebooted only to the BSOD "Bad system config info" showing this time to an infinite boot loops , I tried Safe Mode which came up to same results . And of course there was no saved restore points sadly .

So I was down to digging out a working drive that belonged to this laptop that managed to boot successfully . So I inspected the other drive with it and nothing seemed fishy , yet I managed to do a scan disk and after it took its time it informed me that it found some errors and was able to fix them .

I booted back to the drive in question where things changed now , safe mode does an infinite loading dots cycle with message "Please Wait" . Loading Windows normally end up at pre login screen where the second I press any key it would show my user account for 1 sec then go back to pre login screen . And of course Ctrl+Alt+Del do nothing .

So what are my odds here to restore this system ?

Hello I was mislead about installing office 2016 for mac onto a pc win 10 system.

Have since rebought a ms office 2019 for pc to replace but need to remove old incorrect office for mac from my system and ms account to avoid conflicts

what steps do I need to do ?
