Windows 10: Unable to log on in Windows 10 Black Screen with cursor

I own a windows 10 HP laptop. I attempted to upgrade it with a 256 GB addlink S70 NVMe SSD using the built in NVMe slot, which the computer detected with no problem. However, I think I corrupted my Windows install a little bit while transferring everything, on my stock 500GB HDD and my new SSD. It originally told me that "winload.efi is missing or corrupt" which I managed to fix using Lazesoft Windows Recovery. It now sometimes tells me that Windows failed to load, but most of the time it shows the HP logo and spinning dots like when it was still working. It then goes to a black screen with spinning dots, and then the spinning dots disappear, the mouse pointer shows up, and nothing happens. I am then stuck permanently on a black screen with the mouse pointer, which I can move freely around the screen, but it never goes to the lock screen. I even left it overnight to see if it would load, but nothing happened. If possible, I would like to restore Windows so I don't have to reinstall all my apps. I would reinstall if I have to, but would the OEM product key cause problems? If specs matter, My laptop has an AMD Athlon Silver 3050U, 8GB of RAM, and a 500GB HDD. Thanks for your help!

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

As a workaround, I suggest you to remove all the external devices being connected (except mouse and keyboard), try hard reboot the device and check the status of this issue.
