Windows 10: Unable to login

Currently on pcWindows home OSUnable to get current build since I can’t loginTrying to login to windows then black screens I login using my Microsoft account then it says “set up pin” I click it and it loads then screen turns black. I have restarted my pc multiple times and same issue accrues. I was also unable to update my pc prior to being unable to login since every time I tried it said “try opening settings later” so I couldn’t update my windows version. Sometimes I can’t even get to the setup pin part. When I close the setup pin option it displays the welcome screen and stays like that no

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Windows 10 Login Crash Loop

• Which screen are you referring to?
• Are you able to login to Desktop?
• Are you able to see the login screen?

The power icon referred in the steps is present at the login screen. If you are able to see the login screen where you enter the password to go to Desktop, then you need to follow those steps. These steps to be followed if you are able to reach to
login screen but unable to go to Desktop.

Local user disappeared frin login options after upgrade

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I was unable to fix the issue. Here are my steps:

• I've uninstalled the last 3 updates (the ones from september):
  
  • however, they keep getting reinstalled:
    

• I've added two new users: one from the GUI, the other as you suggested in step 2:
  
  • They are listed under users;
    
• I've also booted in safe mode just to check.
  

I still have no way to login other than with the main account. No local users are available at login or when I go to start menu and click on my user.

Please advise
