    Unable to make purchases in microsoft store for xbox online slot machine game House of Fun.


    When I try to make a coin purchase in House of Fun, I keep getting the message "You already own this" and to check My Games or the Library. I contacted Playtika Rewards and was instructed to consult Microsoft and then was told to get Windows Support. What next?

    i have house of fun slots and its requiring me to install the update and everytime i press update it takes me to an install screen which i try and it keeps telling me i already own this product and goes no futher, help

    Hi David. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

    You can try resetting the game to see if it will accept the Update, at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > House of Fun Slots > Advanced Settings > Reset.

    Try uninstalling the game in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, then restart PC, go back to Microsoft Store app Settings to reinstall the app from Library.

    Not recieving my in app purchases

    I play House of Fun slot game that I downloaded from Microsoft store. Every time I purchase a package of coins, it automatically comes up that there was a problem with my purchase. But when I go to my account, it state that the transaction is complete
    and the money is deducted from my bank account. Since Microsoft typically will not refund money used for third party purchases, I have to contact House of fun, send them a screen shot that the purchase was made, and wait until they finish their investigation
    before I can get my in app purchase. Does anyone have this problem? Or any suggestions on how to fix it?
