    Rather than a question I wish to add another observation re. the problems with update KB4560960.


    In addition to inability to print I also observed another "bug", which too was fixed by uninstalling KB4560960.


    Description:


    I get daily news mailings from several sites: NYTimes, BBC, etc. None of the links in the mailings worked after the initial update to KB4560960!

    The links were just dead! After reading about other Win 10 users having the print problem, I wondered if my dead links were also due to the same bug. They were! After uninstalling KB4560960, everything was back to normal.


    Just thought I'd pass this on.

    In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.



    • What is the Windows version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the make and model of the Printer?
    • What happens when you try to print?
    • Are you using any browser or specific app to print the bank statement?
    • Did you try printing a document file (like PDF, word or notepad)?

    Problem after updating my ATI Graphic Card Driver

    Try Driver sweeper software and remove all traces of AMD drivers from the system then install a fresh copy of the Catalyst 14.10. That should bring it up to pace and allow things to start working.

    I would also suggest then making sure you grab all the windows updates you can before attempting that as that has been a problem for a lot of people.

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
