Windows 10: Unable to print after Security intelligence update KB2267602 Version 1.317.1057.0

After the Security intelligence update KB2267602 Version 1.317.1057.0 i was unable to print any more.
My printer is a Brother DCP 197C and worked as perfection until the last security update th printer is connected via USB.
After the update the printer cannot print and the print queue is always empty withot any errors shown.
The fun fact is that the printer can do scan or adjust the settings but when i try to print nothing happens.

This is certainly related to the last update because before everything worked perfectly.
