    Unable to print email


    computer uses windows 10. unable to print emails. printer connected using usb to Epson printer. printer will print test page and documents. when trying to print email the copies section of print screen goes half dark. occasionally the email goes into the print queue and sits there other times nothing happens. the printer functions have been checked out by Epson.

    1. Which app are you using to read the emails?
    2. Since when are you facing this issue?


    I suggest you to refer the suggestions by

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.


    • Are you trying to print from the browser or the mail app?

    • Is the issue specific to printing emails?

    • Are you able to print documents and other email account without any issues?

    • Have you updated all the drivers including display drivers after upgrading to Windows 10?
    If not, I would suggest you to visit the manufacture website and download and install all the drivers and then try to print again.

    Hi Pat,

    For the better clarification of the issue, please answer the following questions:


    • Are you getting any error messages while trying to print the emails?

    • What happens exactly when you try to print an email?

    • Are you able to print any other document?

    • How are you accessing emails, through web browser or mail app?

    I would suggest you to try printing the emails from a different browser.

    If the issue still persist, try the troubleshooting steps in the below article and check if it helps.
