Windows 10: unable to print full page from email.

Unable to print full page from email. Tried moving L and R borders removing list from LHS, using both print icons 1 from the page it's self and 1 from the task bar at top of window, there isn't many commands/options available on these two shortcuts. As far as I can tell all drivers are up to date as is the email system bt.internet.com, have run the diagnostic program for the printer and that's OK. I am using my router to connect to printer and that connection appears good. And , of course I want his email printer yesterday -- it's driving me up the wall.

Can any one out in the cyber help, please ?? DaveFrance623

Unable to print my emails

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

  Are you trying to print from the browser or the mail app?
  
• 
  Is the issue specific to printing emails?
  
• 
  Are you able to print documents and other email account without any issues?
  
• 
  Have you updated all the drivers including display drivers after upgrading to Windows 10?
  

If not, I would suggest you to visit the manufacture website and download and install all the drivers and then try to print again.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.
