Discus and support Unable to print photos - Windows 10 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have been able to print photos successfully until very recently and not sure why a problem has now arisen.     Unable to print photos - Windows 10


    I have been able to print photos successfully until very recently and not sure why a problem has now arisen. I can print documents from my PC C Drive but not photos - I get message ERROR CODE OX8007007E. I can print photos from my ipad on the HP Envy 5530.. The printer is on and ready, HP Smart also sees the printer as ready. I have tried removing the printer and re-installing and also downloading a new printer driver from the HP site. Any suggestion as to how to resolve this issue please?

    Printing a photo on windows 10

    You can use Windows Photo App to print the photos in windows 10.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key and type Photos.
    • Select the photo.
    • Right click on the photo.
    • Select print option.
    • Then you will be able to print photos.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

    Step 1:

    1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

    2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

    3. Next select print and again print.

    you will be able to print.

    If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

    Step 2:

    • Once the document/picture is open in, press
      Ctrl+P.
    • Click Print as PDF button.
    • Check if the document prints as expected.

    Unable to Print .JPG files as photos from Win10.

    Following these instruction I get as far as step 3.
    • Press Windows key and type Photos in search box and hit enter.
    • Browse and open the photo you want to print.
    • Click on the more option (three dots) on the upper right corner of the app.
    • AT THIS POINT Print does not appear. All that shows is: Refresh, Slideshow, Settings and Feedback
    • I am running Windows 10 Home
