    Unable to remove a file


    Stevenson53, create this batch file, “DeleteFolder.bat”.
    Code: rd /s /q \\?\%1[/quote] Drag-drop the undeletable folder onto the icon of this batch script (make sure it’s the right folder!). Remove the batch file when done.

    This has worked many times in the past for stubborn folders.

    So having never created a batch file before, i thought I would give it a go. I did what you suggested Pyprohly, created the batch file using Notepad on the desktop, dropped the stubborn folder set onto the icon, and it disappeared!
    Just so easy, thanks heaps.
    Thats another problem solved, till the next time.
    Thanks to you as well Dalchina for your time and patience, again!
