Windows 10: Unable to remove files from my recycling bin

I'm trying to delete all of the things in my recycling bin but it would only allow me to do some of them. I highlighted everything, right clicked, then clicked on delete but nothing happens. I tried doing it individually and once again nothing. There is no error message either and nothing pops up saying why I can't delete them. If anyone has any thought please let me know. Thanks in advanced

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Recycle Bin Corruption after Virus Removal

If your Recycle Bin is corrupted, you can face various problems when using it.
The Recycle Bin may not show the files that you may have been deleted from your File Explorer, or you may be unable to delete the files in the Recycle Bin – or even empty the Recycle Bin completely. At times you may even receive an Access Denied or a
Corrupt Recycle Bin error message.

Follow the below steps to start troubleshooting this:

• Press Windows key + X, in the program list select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• At the Command Prompt, type the following line, and then press ENTER:
  rd /s c:\$recycle.bin
• When prompted to confirm the deletion, type Y, and press
  Enter to confirm.
• Close the command prompt window and restart the computer.

Note: The message "The directory is not empty" may display in the command window. Ignore this message as it is related to the creation of a new directory. The files are removed.

My files are not going in Recycle Bin

This problem is fixed now.

I don't exactly know the solution but I used two Tune-up and Utility
apps,

• CCleaner
• IOBit's Advance System Care 10

Just scanned for problems and junk and applied the suggested fixes. After that the problem is gone.
