I am unable to send or receive emails on my windows computer

However, please let us know:

• Are you using Google Chrome to check your emails?
  
• Do you receive any error message?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  

If you are using Windows Mail app to send or receive emails, I would suggest you to refer the article on

Resolve sync issues in Mail and Calendar apps in Windows 10 and see if that helps.



If you are using Microsoft Outlook, I would suggest you to refer the article on

Error occurs when you send or receive an email message in Outlook or Outlook Express.

unable to receive emails but can send

I am using windows 10 and outlook on my laptop. Up until this past week I had no difficulties with email with this same device for months. Now, I am unable to download incoming mail, but when synched, receive notification that it is up to date although
I know additional items were received on other devices. I am able to easily send emails. Any suggestions on how to repair? This is frustrating!

 

Unable to send or respond to emails received

I have Windows 7 Premier

I use Windows Live email

I can no longer send emails nor can I respond to a received email.

HELP!

I did follow the Email server settings suggestions for Windows Live Mail

to no avail

Any or all suggestions on how to correct this will be most welcome.
