Windows 10: Unable to sign into my laptop with my administrator account, and it is the only account on...

My little brother mistakenly disabled my account which was the already signed in on my laptop. He later signed out of it. My account is the administrator and the only account on my laptop, so when I try to sign into my laptop it requires my accounts password but I can’t get through because the account has been disabled. What should I do?

I have Windows 10 Pro since its release. Today, I decided to switch the email account for the computer administrator account. The following steps outline the sequence of events;

1. I logged in as a local account.
2. Clicked on Sign in with a Microsoft account instead
3. Followed the steps prompted. I entered my email of choice and the corrected password, then verified through the authenticator app.
4. I was asked to enter the password again, and now I am getting an error message that the password is incorrect
   but the password is correct 100%
5. Researched possible solutions
   • Used the English (United States) keyboard
   • Used on-screen keyboard
   • Reverting to Windows 7 is not possible as I never had it on my laptop
   • Reset my password
     • Nth worked

Please help me sign to my email account on this computer as an administrator

Administrator Account

One of our user changed their administrator account to a local account. I'm trying to change it back to an administrator account, but you are always asked to sign in as the administrator. Kind of like a catch 22 situations -- does any one have a suggestion?
