Windows 10: Unable to start Manage from This Computer icon

Discus and support Unable to start Manage from This Computer icon in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; When I right click on This Computer then select Manage - nothing happens.     Unable to start Manage from This Computer icon


    When I right click on This Computer then select Manage - nothing happens. This happens with all users including Admisitrator account.


    I can open from the run command. All users are set as admistrators.

    Have repaired windows, ran sfc /scannow - no errors.


    Any ideas?

    Computer not showing desktop or start icon?

    My computer is not showing the desktop icons or the start menu bar... everytime I want to open something i have to use the windows task manager. anyone know why this happens? also when i want to open My Computer properties or something it says I'm missing the RUNDLL32.EXE

    with the new 2.2.0 the bug of unable to create start up icon comes again...

    new vers 2.2.0 unable to create start up icon..

    as i've said before
    no activity by the process in task manager...
    the last time,vers 1.8 i see but then i see the pop up unable to create icon
    then with yr upgrade from then to last 2.10 no problem at all
    but with yr latest: 2.2.0
    now the situation is even worst
    no activity at all..
