Windows 10: Unable to startup windows 10

After the lastest update I installed I got the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED message each time i try to start up my laptop. I have tried methods such as using rebuilding bcd and safe boot but none of them work, how do I solve this problem?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
