Windows 10: Unable to switch out of S mode.

I've recently purchased an ASUS Vivobook, and upon trying to disable S mode I am met with the same "Try again" button each time. I have restarted my computer multiple times and windows should be updated to the latest software considering it's straight from the box.

I understand that you are trying to switch out of S mode however, you are unable to switch out of it. We will look into this for you.



Please reply with the following details to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:

• Do you receive any error code/message?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  

You can try resetting the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the
Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.




You can also try signing out of store and signing in back. If the issue persists, please create a new user account and then try switching out of S mode. Please follow the steps
from the article Create a local user or administrator account in Windows
10 to create a new user account.
