Windows 10: Unable to turn on Memory Integrity. Windows 11 is reporting it is the Marvell MRVW24C...

Split from this thread. Windows 11 is reporting it is the Marvell MRVW24C network driver. I cannot find an updated driver on their website and windows update says latest driver is loaded. I need to know how to remove or disable this driver and if it is safe to do so. I have tried renaming etc but windows will not let me.***Move post to appropriate category Windows/Windows 10/Security and privacy***

Cannot Turn On Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Settings

From Tutorial -> Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials

Not able to perform steps in Option 1
Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
The processor is Intel I3
Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.


Please advise.

 

Memory Integrity option cannot be turned off

I am unable to turn off the Memory Integrity option for some reason.
I even followed the steps below and rebooted, still keeps on enabling itself.

Even try these settings to disable Credential Guard here.

Even reinstalled Windows 10 by wiping out all the partitions starting from scratch. Still no luck.
Think this is a bug in v1809.

Before the complete reinstallation, I did enable the VBS settings with UEFI Lock features under the Group Policy.
But I am stumped as to why even after a reinstall I cannot disable the Memory Integrity option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Memory Integrity cannot be turned ON

I don't know about Windows 11, but in Windows 10 the problem of memory integrity not running is due to some old driver in your computer's internal driver store.

If that is similar in Windows 11 for your computer, then here is the procedure to delete problematic driver from your computer, thus allowing memory integrity to stay on.
