  1. Unable to update and use Win10/Ver 2004; can't access apps!

    I have two Windows 10 computers running Version 1909 OS Build 18363.1016. Both have attempted to update to Version 2004, the first time when it first became available for those machines, and again just the other day on a second update download and installation attempt. The update installed successfully with no problem in both cases, but the new version is unusable because the alphabetical All Apps list under Start is obliterated by the 'Top Apps' screen, which won't go away and makes selecting any app and the various shutdown options impossible. Thus both machines have been restored to the earlier version, which works just fine of course. I don't find much in the way of similar experiences in any of the various Web forums; am I doing something wrong?

    :)

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
