Windows 10: Unable to update or re-install Windows 10 new version

Hi,I have been struggling to update my current Windows 10 version 1909 to the either the newer version 20H2 or 21H1. The Windows updated simply give an error "Last failed install attempt on ‎2021/‎09/‎14 - 0x80070005".I have attempted all the possible fixes as noted on the Microsoft Forums that I could find including System File checker, Dsk Checker etc, and have also attempted to do a clean install from an ISO. This in turn gives me an error code 0XC1900101-0X30017. I have removed all peripherals and also uninstalled my Norton Antivirus - with no success.I did have a look at the logfile m

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
