Windows 10: Unable to Update to 1903 - Possible to Hide?

I'm unable to update from 1803 to 1903 on Windows 10 x64...


Is it possible to hide this annoying notification as I have little interest in installing it? Look at the screenshot:






You see that big area under Check for Updates? Tell me how to get rid of it/hide it, PLEASE.


I am an admin, I have no interest in moving up.


Just tell me how to hide it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Did you try the “Auto-hide the taskbar” option from Taskbar properties?



If you have not tried it, I would suggest you to follow these steps and auto-hide the taskbar:

• Right click on Taskbar.
• Click on Properties
• Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
• Click on OK.

Unable to hide Task bar

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

a. Right click on the Task bar.

b. Click on Properties.

c. Put a check mark next to ‘Auto-hide’ the task bar.

d. Click on Apply and OK.

If the issue persists try the below steps to restart the Windows Explorer and check if that helps.

Step 1: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys to open Task Manager
