Windows 10: Unable to update to KB4494441 - Error 0x80070002 - Looking for help

I have found today that I am getting the error message Error 0x80070002 when trying to run Windows update for KB4494441 (May 14, 2019—KB4494441 (OS Build 17763.503). Also from reviewing the history I noticed that there was the same error for KB4495667 (May 3, 2019—KB4495667 (OS Build 17763.475) and KB4501835 (May 1, 2019—KB4501835 (OS Build 17763.439) has never downloaded at all.


I am currently at Windows 10 Home Build 17763.437.


I have ran sfc /scanow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth+DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.

I hav recreated the softwaredistrbution folder and restarted a number of times.


I have tried to manually download the KB and run them but get the error message "The update is not applicable for your computer".


When trying to unpack and add the kb with DISM I get:

I have also noticed I get the following aswell:

DISM failed. No operation was performed.

Right now I am at aloss of what to do next.

• Aside from trying to update the device, were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
• Can you tell us what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

.NET Framework 3.5 doesn't install. Error code 0x80070002 'The system cannot find the file specified' Windows 10 TP

Windows 10 store error code 0x80070002 issue. Help?

I would like to inform that this problem occurs when some files in the Windows Update are missing, even though the update is downloaded and extracted successfully.
