    Unable to update to Windows 21H1 or 21H2


    Hi, I have tried everything to update from my current Windows 10 version: 1511 OS build 10586.164 to 21H1 and/or 21H2 and no success.- It downloads and there is no problems with the downloads. it just doesn't update.- Dell Inspiron I5 5000 series- Run troubleshooter - no issues found- did a complete clean boot of windows 10- there is no other programs installed apart from Office 365- No automatic startups and no external usb or equipment attached- Manually deleted the windows update files and folder through services.msc- did a system file checker under sfc/ scannow -- no issues found- ran D

    Unable to update Windows 10 to 21H1

    I have two machines both running Windows 10 Pro. Both were on 20H2 prior to updating. One machine updated flawlessly although it took a long time. It is now on 21H1. The other machine gives me an error after quite a long time into the update process. I attached two screenshots of the error. I do not want to call Microsoft because they have been less than helpful in the past. Any suggestions?
