Windows 10: Unable to update Win 10 to Win 11

I have tried to update win 10 to win 11 but no succes. 0xc1900223 fault code appears on screen.

Installed the update manually at the the moment everything is bueno.
It seems that Microsoft has a big problem in there update department windows 7 update has problems win 8 update has problems. Windows 10 update is so-so.

Trying to connect to a printer that is physically on a Win 10 computer from a Win 11 computer to no avail.
