Windows 10: Unable to update windows 10.

I am trying to update the windows from Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update. But I am getting error "2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070643". I googled it and followed steps in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQxB09Ioiag. But I am getting error while executing the last step in video(Please refer to video), i.e, to run .cab file; error is "An error occured while trying to open - FILE LOCATION , Error: 2, The system cannot find the file specified.




I then opened the .cab file manually and executed the .msi file, as in below screenshot.








But after installing half, it stopped and a pop up came (Service 'Windows Remediation Service' sedsvc failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privieage to start system services.)





Can anyone please help me with a workaround for this.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
