Windows 10: Unable to upgrade to 2004

My computer keeps attempting to upgrade to 2004 from 1903 and failing. The "troubleshoot windows update" was unable to find anything. Per advice elsewhere I've tried using the Windows 10 update assistant with no success. The WuReset2.0.bat script which deletes the download to try again was also unsuccessful. Turning off .net framework did not help. People have referred to a setuperr.log file in $WINDOWS.~BT/Rollback but no such file exists. I *do* have a setuperr.log file in $WINDOWS.~BT/Panther, which reads as follows:

Win 10 2004 update No AMD graphics

Before upgrading anything else to 2004, I would suggest checking out the current Known Issues list.

Hi,

After upgrading windows 7 to windows 10(2004 version), I am unable to connect to any network drive/devices.

Cannot join the computer to the domain

Cannot access the shared folder

Tried all the troubleshooting steps but no luck.

I think there's a bug in windows 10 2004 version update.

Error details are as follows:

Error Code: 0x80070035 - The network path was not found.

I did the manual windows update too, but no luck
