Windows 10: Unable to use Speech Recognition due to Windows being a horribly programmed piece of software.

Using Windows 10 I wanted to try out the fancy Speech Recognition tool. Unfortunately Windows decided that I would be having none of it.To use Speech Recognition the display language needs to match the speech language - my display language is set to English, my speech language however is stuck on German, and I am unable to change it. The drop down menu shows no other options to select.This is due to the fact that - for some reason - English United Kingdom does not have the speech recognition feature installed - neither does English United States.Using the following "guide" does nothing - i

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option
