I have transferred some pictures from my Samsung phone to my windows laptop and some of the photos open fine but others come up with an error message 'it appears that we don't support this file format' even though it is the same file format as the other photos and videos I am trying to view.


I am using the Microsoft standard viewer.

• Where are those images located?
• Any error messages, if there's any?
• Which program are you using to open those images?
• What is the file format of the images?
