Windows 10: Uncaught Error: Cannot find module "ebay/legacy/utils/Uri"

hi when trying to right in a eBay contact page to ask about a item. as I type the first letters can see then it disappears run the mouse over the words

you can see the letters in blue ? click the lager spacer bar on your key board it gone start again you can type away if your a good speller and send

as one knows as right this one I can see. for some weeks when trying to ask about a item I can not see what I have writen until I run the mouse over

the letters. is this eBay trying to block you out.

so is this eBay or some thing phishing or lost data. ??? as any one seen this on there ebay page when asking about a item.

Bitlocker and Trusted Platform Module problems

This issue usually occurs because the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)
uses the manufacturer driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

To resolve this, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Trusted Platform Module. To do so, see the steps below:

• Open Device Manager on the device on which you are experiencing the issue
• Uninstall the Trusted Platform Module driver.
