Windows 10: Understanding Bug Report

I changed out a faulty motherboard early this week for a slightly different version of the same board MSI Z390-A Pro vs MSI Z390 Gaming and today my PC has started to randomly blue screen. This is the bug I am getting but I don't understand it:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000013a 0x0000000000000012, 0xffffe707c8e02100, 0xffffe707da949000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 6ed090d6-0c1e-4f27-a0ea-44d28d870213.

I imagine my mistake was not doing a fresh install of windows 10? let me know if this is all that I need to do.

How or where to report Windows / PowerShell bug

Hi,

unfortunately there is no publicly accessible way to report a bug. One may only sent feedback.

But few of us have access to bug reports so it is possible to enter bug if you'll clearly describe a step-by-step bug reproducing.

2. Are you able to play the game or having issues with playing as well?
   
3. If possible, please

Meanwhile I would suggest you to clear the temporary files of computer and then launch the game. To clear temp files, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Run dialog (press Windows Key + R).
   
2. Then type: temp
   
3. Then select all the folders and files in the windows and delete them.
   
4. Again open Run and type: %temp%
   
5. Once again delete all the files from this folder as well.
   
6. Try launching the game now.

nuexes.com reporting bugs in Word Game below Solitare Groups

It suggested that there was a virus in the system which they would delete. They suggested that I let it fix system. I use MacAfee which showed nothing so I did not believe request, closed games and later deleted another on a different machine.

Checked today, and seem to have nothing … Your guess is as good as mine
