Undoing changes made to your computer boot loop

So, I was having dinner, windows decided it needed to update, sure go ahead I’ll just finish my delicious meal. After the meal i became excited and really wanted to play Dota 2. So my dumb ass turned off the pc, expecting it to just reboot and I would be able to play my game. This didn’t happen. For hours now I’m in this loop of the pc rebooting, just to end with ‘undoing changes to your computer’ which is followed by a reboot.

I’ve looked up what to do, I need to get to the Safe Mode. For that to become the reality I have to interrupt the windows loading screen three times in a row for it to automatically go into some repair mode with the new-age classic blue blackground.

I decided I would be able to fix this quickly so I went to work. I turned off the pc I booted it I waited for the windows flag to appear The loading was happening, so i need te reboot I reboot the pc using either the reset button or by holding the power button (I’ve tried both ways) After I gloriously seemed to be the victor of round one and round two, something strange appeared The third boot was happening The motherboard logo popped up and i was ready for this But Instead of heading on to show the windows flag, It decided, for itself, it needed a reboot I didn’t do anything, excited for what was to come i even stopped breathing shortly So the pc rebooted itself I waited patiently for what was to come And after going through the cycle for some hours it seems to me that the interruptional reboot it decides for itself is breaking the chain of the actual ‘3 interrupted reboots in a row).

Now I am cluesless what to do next. Since my keyboard is USB and keeps turning on and off through boot up, which makes me unable to press any buttons at the right fucking timing.

Excuse me for my language, I was hoping someone has any clue what to do except buy antoher pc.

    Undoing Changes Loop

My computer is stuck in the "undoing changes loop" and will not boot at all. Keeps trying to boot then goes in a loop back to trying to open. I have tried powering off and on three times to get to the Advanced Repair with no success. Any suggestions on
on to fix this issue. Thank you

Undoing changes made to your computer boot loop

Windows 10 attempting to recover update then undoing changes then restart and loops again

I have the same problem and the repeated hard power down option doesn't work. I don't get the Recovery Environment. The startup continues and then loops in the "Undoing changes made to your computer" and then restarts and "Undoing" looping. So I can never
get back to the operating system to run these other steps.
