Windows 10: unexpected error sorry we ran into a problem windows defender

Please help I had a problem with my computer I noticed that when I'm on the desktop trying to right-click I get stuck there on loading so I solved it by running to delete a folder from Shellex in registry editor every time. so went to windows defender thinking that I have a trojan or something I did a full scan and it got stuck there I also did an offline scan and when the computer start it gives me the same problem, I thought I have a massive trojan or malware so I downloaded antiviruses such as Malwarebytes... and I found trojans and all the bad stuff like using my computer for mining bitcoi

I haven't installed any antivirus. I have installed foxitPDF. Then the sceen shows somthing coping into my local c drive. Then the problem happens. "Threat service has stopped. Restart it now." When I click "Restart now". It shows "Unexpected error. Sorry,
we run into a problem. Please try again." Help me someone. How can I fix this ASAP..
