    Ungrouping items on the Taskbar

Is it possible to ungroup items on the Taskbar WITHOUT playing around in the registry and WITHOUT any third party software?I've been using 7+ Taskbar Tweaker on my desktop PC. I need to find a way to do this on my laptop without it.Here is an example of ungrouping so there is no confusion. Is there an option or setting within Windows to do this? Thanks

    :)
