Windows 10: uninstall and reinstall microsoft solitaire collection anyway i can recover data

I had to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft solitaire collection to get any of games to work but now I lost all data. Is there any way I can recover it? Thanks for any help.

• Click on Microsoft Solitaire Collection tile to visit its official page on the Store.
• Click the Free button to download and install the game.

I installed the Microsoft Solitaire Collection but it does not appear in the All Apps listing. I went to reinstall it but it says it is already installed. How can I open it or is there a way to uninstall and reinstall it?
