Windows 10: Uninstall crashes in Win 11

MS Surface X with Win 11 ARM. I have downloaded an App that I dont want Filmora 14. Have tried uninstaller which crashes - "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found" message. Have tried lots of ways incl in Powershell, 3rd party app. I think the best thing is to reset or reinstall Win 11 but I dont want to lose Office 2019 and related files like outlook emails etc and reset does not give me a choice on what files to keep.

unable to uninstall program - not in programs list Win 11

I have been trying to uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements. It is running successfully under Win 11. It is not shown in Programs & Features. There is no uninstall app. It is not in the Uninstall list in the registry. I tried Revouninstaller but that doesn't see it either. Adobe haven't responded to my request for help.

If anyone has any further suggestions I would be happy to try them. Many thanks

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused
