Windows 10: Uninstall latest quality update loop

Hi! Possibly due to an error during the latest update I had blackscreen when turning on the pc. I accessed safe-mode and tried to remove the updates, they weren't uninstalled after the restart. Through [COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]Settings app-Update & Security-Recovery-Advanced startup-Restart now, I restarted the pc and in Advanced Options I chose the uninstall latest quality update loop option. Then I was asked to enter the password of my account, which I did and it gave a wrong password alert. I reset the password through Outlook but that too didn't work. Guess it's another bug caused by the failed update installation. [/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]In the end, if I turn it on normally I get a black screen and If I turn it on with Advanced Startup 3 times turn on-off I directly get Uninstall latest quality update screen. I am basically in a loop. [/COLOR]

Can anyone help, any suggestions?

Cannot Uninstall Latest Quality Update (KB4556799)

Running Win 10 Home, Version 1909 on Acer Aspire A515-43

When I go to Settings>Update History>Select Update I can see and highlight the update but there is no uninstall
option!
So I start in advanced startup mode - I can select the Uninstall latest Quality update option and get the message
"Sorry, we ran into a problem and cannot uninstall the latest quality update" message

How can I uninstall the update (and more important, why can't I uninstall using routine methods)

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused
