    Uninstall .NET Framework v4.7 and v4.8 from Windows 10


    Hello, we have WIndows 10 (1903, ver 10.0.18362.239)

    We have one older application and they recommend us (for correct installation of product) fully uninstall of .NET v4.7 (and newest e.g. v4.8) and install .NET v4.5 and .NET v3.5 (only during app installation, in other case installation of app is crashed).


    How can I know to fully uninstall .NET Framework v4.7 (and v4.8), please?

    In windows system components is .NET Framework v.8 unchecked, but this is not helpfull, still is showed - during installation of .NET v4.5 - message "newest version is installed in the system", please?

    .Net Framework v4 client

    Is it ok to uninstall .Net Framework v4 client from windows 10? If so then how would I go about doing this. There is no entry in Programs and Features to uninstall this. There are registry entries for both v4 and v4.0 client. Is there an automated way to
    do this?

    wont load app Net Framework 4 not found? Nokia ph., Win 8

    It will not load the Sync app onto my veryu recent Dell Win 7 computer. Message says I need to install Net Framework V4, and when I grab that link to ininstall it implies that it is already there since it asks if I want to Repair Net Fr. v4. I let it repair
    it, reboot and the synch app still says that I need to install the Net Framework v4. ?

    Thanks for the links, I ran the cleanup utility, got rid of the existing .net installs, reinstalled them all, but am now back to the same issue. The troubleshooting didn't help a lot of windows 7 unfortunately.

    I have a feeling this is a side effect of my install of Visual Studio 2010. *Frown Uninstall .NET Framework v4.7 and v4.8 from Windows 10 :(
