Windows 10: Uninstall program with file in Windows-folder

Hello,


I wonder if it is safe to delete a program (Avid application manager) from my Asus Windows 10 computer that has a file in the Windows-folder?


The computer asks for access to a file in Windows/installer-folder when I try to uninstall the program from the built-in uninstallation manager. This made me think that I maybe could harm the computer if I delete that file wich belongs to the program I want to delete?


Please, is it safe to delete a file from that folder like this?

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.

Great, I looked at using the utility built into Revo uninstaller as it offered this capability. Programs like I need are often lost in larger topics where fully clearing a set of instructions or files (usually multiple times) is a necessary step along the long path to finding the right solution.
